One PDF combining your action research paper (5–10 pages) with an Appendix of implementation evidence (max 5 pages). Use the official DOCX template — it has every required section pre-set.
A1 portrait poster (594 × 841 mm) exported as PDF — keeps quality when zoomed and prints cleanly. Include title, participant, objectives, intervention, methodology, findings, impact and conclusion.
Upload to YouTube as an Unlisted video and submit the link. No file upload, no Drive permission issues, auto-captions included. Introduce the problem, intervention, findings and impact.
Note: Proof of payment is submitted under the Payment Information section of the registration form and is not counted as one of the 3 submission items.
